Printer Setup Instructions
This printer is located in the 2nd floor high school lounge area and is intended to allow Juniors and Seniors to print from their own devices.
Important: Only school-related documents are allowed to be printed to this printer.
Chromebook Instructions
- Open the Chromebook settings by clicking the time in the bottom-right corner then clicking "Settings"
- Click "Advanced"
- Click "Printing"
- Click "Printers"
- Click "Add Printer"
- Select "Add Printer Manually"
- For name use "PA Lounge" (or any name you prefer)
- For IP address, use 192.168.1.151
- For Protocol, choose "Line Printer Daemon (LPD)"
- For queue, use "lp" (that's a lower case LP)
- Click "Add"
- For Manufacturer, select "Ricoh"
- Choose "Ricoh MP 4055"
- Click Add
