  • P2-Parents Group / Parent Volunteering

P2 is our group for parents. This is a great way for moms and dads get plugged in at the school! Sign-up to volunteer and get involved here.

    Background Check Information

As part of our commitment to student safety, all visitors and volunteers are required to check in at the front office upon entering the building. During check-in, you will be asked to present a valid government-issued ID (such as a driver's license), which will be scanned through our Raptor Visitor Management System.

This quick scan performs an instant background check by screening your information against national databases. This step serves as the necessary background check for volunteering on campus and helps us ensure that everyone on site has been properly screened and approved.

Once your ID has been scanned and cleared, you will be issued a visitor badge and may proceed to your volunteer assignment.

Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for our students and staff.

  • Elementary Class Tshirts

Place your order for a class Tshirt here! These are typically worn during most class field trips.

  • Fine Arts

    Chorus (MS/HS)

All students registered for MS or HS Chorus, as well as, Chamber Ensemble must purchase their attire using this link.  In years past, we have collected a chorus fee for “rental” of attire.  This year, we are using Southeastern Performance Apparel for our choral needs. You will not be charged a choral fee this year.  We feel this helps families who are in chorus for multiple years as a student can use the same dress or shirt from year to year.  The attire is yours to keep at the end of each year.  SPA has created a Providence Academy store with the approved apparel.  Please watch the videos for help when sizing. You will notice that the dresses have a lovely sash with one of our school colors.

Students will be responsible for their own BLACK dress shoes.  If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Jill Roberts, Fine Arts Director.
