  • MS/HS PE Uniforms

    6th-8th Grade PE Uniforms

Any upcoming 6th–8th grade student is required to dress out for PE each class meeting. Uniforms can be purchased here. These are the same uniforms we’ve used for years past, so if your child still has theirs, they are able to wear it again. You may also buy individual pieces of the uniform or multiples if you’d like.

    9th-12th Grade PE/Weightlifting Uniforms

Any upcoming 9th-12th grade student taking PE, Health/Wellness, or weightlifting is required to dress out for each class meeting. Uniforms can be purchased here. These are new and updated dri-fit uniforms for the high school program and can be used again for each year they take a PE or weightlifting class. You may also buy individual pieces of the uniform or multiples if you’d like.

*Many PA families have the PE uniforms (gray tshirt and burgundy shorts) from previous years, and we are allowing you to use that uniform as well if you would not like to purchase a new high school one.*

  • School Supply Lists

You can view all of the supply lists on the Current Families page. You'll find tons of resources there as well.

If you ordered a supply kit, it will be delivered directly to the school. All supplies will be delivered to your child's homeroom teacher and ready for you to pick-up on Orientation Night.

  • Homeroom Teacher/Schedule Information

Teacher assignments are released at the beginning of August. You will get an email at that time. Middle School students who still need to select electives will be contacted by Mrs. Chambers. High School students who still need to select electives will be contacted initially via email by our College and Career Counselor, Joni Davis She is working hard now to put together the schedules that your students need. Remember, classes may not be assigned for NEW 9th–12th grade students until we have received a copy of your transcript.

  • New Lunch Program

We're excited to launch The Strong Child Project, a new lunch program designed to support our mission of forming strong children in mind, body, and spirit. With fresh-made meals, multiple daily options, allergy-conscious preparation, and no more weekly lunch ordering, this program is an exciting new part of the Providence experience.

We encourage every family to visit our Lunch Program page to learn more, explore the FAQs, view a sample menu, and see what to expect this year.

  • P2-Parents Group / Parent Volunteering

P2 is getting a fresh look this year! Whether you're a mom, dad, grandparent, or family member, P2 is a great way to get plugged into the life of Providence Academy. From volunteering at events to serving behind the scenes, there's a place for everyone to make a difference. We'd love to have you involved!

Sign-up to volunteer and get involved here.

  • Canvas/FACTS

FACTS Family--Attendance, Grades, Re-enrollment, Student Handbook, and more.

Canvas--Returning families will access your Canvas account using the same login information as last year. New families will have Canvas login information emailed to them by the second week of August.

  • Raptor Vistor Management

The safety of our students and staff is one of our highest priorities. Providence Academy uses the Raptor Visitor Management System to securely screen and check in all campus visitors. To make your first visit of the school year quick and easy, we encourage you to download the Raptor Safe app and complete your information before arriving on campus. Being prepared in advance helps streamline the check-in process while ensuring we maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone.

Download the app and get started before your first visit!

  • Elementary Class Tshirts

Place your order for a class Tshirt here! These are typically worn during most class field trips.

  • Fine Arts

    Chorus (MS/HS)

All students registered for MS or HS Chorus, as well as, Chamber Ensemble must purchase their attire using this link.  In years past, we have collected a chorus fee for “rental” of attire.  This year, we are using Southeastern Performance Apparel for our choral needs. You will not be charged a choral fee this year.  We feel this helps families who are in chorus for multiple years as a student can use the same dress or shirt from year to year.  The attire is yours to keep at the end of each year.  SPA has created a Providence Academy store with the approved apparel.  Please watch the videos for help when sizing. You will notice that the dresses have a lovely sash with one of our school colors.

Students will be responsible for their own BLACK dress shoes.  If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Jill Roberts, Fine Arts Director.
