Starting at grade 6, every Providence Academy student receives a Microsoft 365 account. This will grant access to a Providence Academy email address as well as the following Microsoft apps: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.

To access your Microsoft 365 account and apps:

• Go to https://office.com and click Sign in
• Use your full Providence Academy email address as your username and your assigned password
• In the top left corner click the apps menu (nine small dots forming a square). Here you will see all the apps available to you

Saving Files

You are welcome to save files to the Microsoft OneDrive cloud storage, but know that you only have access to this Microsoft 365 account while you are enrolled at Providence Academy. Before you graduate or leave the school, be sure to copy any files you want to keep to your personal storage so you don't lose them.

Username and Password

New students should receive their username and password at the beginning of the school year.

The username and password you received is used both for your Microsoft account as well as logging into computers in the computer lab or mobile labs.

Returning students will keep the same username and password they had previously. If you forgot your username or password, contact one of the following:
