You can always access the Microsoft Office apps online at https://office.com, but if you prefer to download and install the Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) onto your computer, follow the instructions below.

Note: Your Microsoft license is provided through Providence Academy and is only available to you while you are enrolled. After you leave Providence Academy, the Microsoft installed apps will no longer allow you to access them unless you obtain a new license from another source.

• Go to https://portal.office.com/account
• Use your full Providence Academy email address as your username and your assigned password
• On the My account page, click "Install Office"
• Once the file has been downloaded, click on it to run it
• Follow the instructions to install the Microsoft Office Suite
