Meeting the Challenge of Our Technology Culture - April 14

Thursday, April 14, at 6 p.m. in the cafeteria, PA is hosting a meeting for parents to discuss the reality of modern technology, primarily the internet and social media, and more recently questionable text and picture messaging, in the lives of our students and families.  Whether our students participate or not, they are exposed to this unfortunate reality.  Theirs is the first generation to struggle to this degree with a fundamental question of technology:  While technology can be beneficial, how can it be detrimental to the emotional and spiritual well being of individuals and our community?  Our goal is to partner with you while you help guide your son or daughter to navigate this new plugged-in world.  We promise you this hour will be one well spent - an investment in the wellbeing of your children.  While this meeting is not open to students, we strongly encourage all parents to attend.
